The Nostrion Platform is designed to support legitimate professional workflows, including:
- document analysis and preparation;
- workflow automation;
- research and knowledge retrieval;
- reporting and operational support;
- data analysis within authorised environments.
Users must ensure that AI is used within the scope of their organisation’s internal policies and applicable regulations.
3. Prohibited use
Users may not use the Nostrion Platform to:
- process or distribute illegal content;
- generate fraudulent or misleading information;
- attempt to bypass security or access controls;
- harass or discriminate against people, or cause other harm;
- reverse engineer, extract or misuse models or infrastructure;
- introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Any attempt to misuse the Nostrion Platform may result in restricted access or termination of service.
4. Data responsibility
Clients remain responsible for the data they submit to the Nostrion Platform. This includes ensuring that:
- they have the legal right to process the data;
- personal data is handled in accordance with applicable regulations;
- confidential information is used only within authorised contexts.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
Nostrion may implement security monitoring and technical safeguards to protect the integrity of the platform and prevent misuse.
If unacceptable use is detected, Nostrion may:
- restrict access to services;
- suspend accounts;
- terminate agreements where required.
